To my Patients:

I am writing to inform you that I will be leaving the practice at Yale to assume advanced faculty position at the University of Pittsburgh where I will continue to provide clinical care with emphasis on drug-resistant epilepsy and conduct high quality translational research.

I am planning for your care to be continuous, with a seamless transition to another provider in the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. I want to assure you that any of the colleagues at Yale will be able to serve well in this transition. Of course, you may choose to see another neurologist if you wish.
